I am the victim of Affirmative Action. I work for a localy owned Chinese Restarunt. I have know the owners sice they opened (They are Chinese). He asked me if I would like to work for him I said yes. About 2 months later I was unemployed and he gave me a call. Naturaly I said yes; It's about a year later and I have only gotten one raise of 50 cents. I have been there the longest not counting the owner. Dozens of Asians get hired and quit. They all have gotten more responcibility and I think more money then me. Also they all get more hours then. What are my rights?? I am thinking about suing once I get another job. I am currently looking for anther job but it's not easy.

Do you like the restaurant business? Maybe you can save up and buy your own...
In any case, I think you should be dwelling on what YOU can do to improve your situation instead of focusing on how they are screwing you.
