Title: Can one of you guys help me with this?

I notice that alot of people  like newman, sarah mistislav, kellymaureen etc have put pictures in their signature.

I feel like a fool, but I have no idea how to do this.

Can anyone help me out?

That what i have been doing but the link doesn't become a picture it just appears like this
