Walking to school, running down the corridor and flying off the stairs.
My favourite healthy meal is: Fishcakes.

Do you eat kippers for breakfast? (the fish, not the Jewish hats ;))

No! But I wish I did. My grandad used to have them in a three course breakfast:
1st: Bowl of cereal, mug of tea and a slice of toast.
2nd: Slice of fruit loaf bread with another cup of tea.
3rd: Kippers!
The biggest breakfasts I have are usually an egg and bakedbeans, but then I feel sick. :)

When I can. I love smoked cod and mashed potatos too.
I suppose you don't get bacon & eggs, they're my favorite.
Why are you "running down the corridor and flying off the stairs"? Are you being chased by 40 year old muslim men looking for a wife? ;)

We knock on class doors and then dissappear.
We're always being chased by our tanzanian chemistry teacher. :o

We used to play 'knick knocks' with the houses in our area as kids. In high school we'd put dog poop in a paper bag, put in on somebody's doorstep, set in on fire then knock & run. When they answered the door they'd see nothing but a burning bag and they'd stomp it out!

My favourite daily routine is reading the bible, though as I presume you meant physical health related rather than spiritual health related, doing my exercises (100 press-ups, 100 sit-ups and 100 squats).

How many times have you read the bible full?

TBH, I don't know if I have read the entirety of it through... I've read quite a lot of it many times though, I'm currently working on reading it from start to finish to cover any verses I've missed in my previous erratic reading, but it's taking me a while to do it.

I've been thinking of doing that for quite some time. Perhaps over summer. ;) :)

Its a long read. I at one time had to rely on the grace and care of the Sisters of Mercy. And I spend a good time reading the bible there, looking at an empty cell never quite appealed to me. ;)
