My body doesn't handle more than 24 ounces a day of diet soda very well. My hands start to shake from the Nutrasweet. Has anyone else noticed any type of reaction.

It might be caffeine...not the Nutra sweet.

Your soda might be diet in nature but it CAN contain high level of caffeine, check the label... Caffeine is the one that causes you to have a fine tremor that will subside if you moderate your consumption. Try it!

Your soda might be diet in nature but it CAN contain high level of caffeine, check the label... Caffeine is the one that causes you to have a fine tremor that will subside if you moderate your consumption. Try it!

There is a seemingly endless list of side effects from aspartame ingestion. I have the Book and know about most of the recommendations he makes... But most members on the forum DON'T buy it! So, I stop talking about it. They say that Trudeau is a Fraud and a Convicted fellon, Beware!
