What is your usual tradition in your home when you celebrate?
-
My mother who was Catholic rarely celebrated Christmas, at least not at night. Sometimes she would prepare a more sophisticated meal for lunch on 25th. She used to go to bed close to sun set and get up very early, except when I became a teen and stayed up late.
I used to celebrate Hanukkah when I was aiming to convert, and even some years afterwards as a Noachide, just lighting the candles without the bracha. Now I don't light it, it has no sense for a Goy since it's not a mitzva and only to teach the story of the miracle to others. There are no Noahides here and nobody knows what the lights mean.......

I meant that there are no other Noahides in my town, so nobody wants to know what Hanukah means. And the Menorah lit by a Goy is only to teach the story of the miracle... so why lighting anyomore?

Celebration of the Jews' lighting the Menorah with only enough oil for one day but it miraculously lasted for eight.
The REAL significance is the Maccabees defeating the Greeks and killing all the self-hating Jews.

I made a cake :::D
I am sure theres other reasons to damn me more than making my friends feel wanted.
