Probably not, Bullcat, but maybe because they're not dogs, lol.  However, I think that guy in the video started when the turtle was very young and trained him for like 10 years or so.

My turtle likes to be fed by hand and if I forget to feed him...he bangs a rock around his turtle bowl to let me know.  :o
I'm quite sure though he is just an average turtle  ;)  so dog tricks are out  :::D

Turltes like that live 50-100 years, its still a young turtle. It appears to be a young box turtle.

How about the turtles Cuff and Link from the Rocky movies.  They do live a long time.  They were in the original Rocky and didn't show up again  O0until Rocky Balboa last year.  That's about 30 years apart.
