Title: Delicious All Natural Food In Moderation!

Because of the high fat content, but overall very healthy.  Nuts.  Almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc. O0

Avocados are delicious and what make delicious Guacamole sauce in my opinion, especially if home grown :) O0

It also depends what type of avocado sauce in a jar, there are some good guacamole sauce in jars for example :) ;)

We are luckly in Australia fruit and vegies are still affordable.

We are luckly in Australia fruit and vegies are still affordable.

I think they were rather brown-reddish, how are the Australian veggies and fruits like Avocados and Onions?

I think they were rather brown-reddish, how are the Australian veggies and fruits like Avocados and Onions?

Its very seasonal of course with the draught they quality is a little lacking. In general great produce Avo's range between $1-3 and onions if brown are around $1.80-2 red is $2-3 white $2-3 thats per kilo of course.

I was born in New Zealand and its far pretty country than Australia in most parts. Each country I love equally.
