Does anyone know the Gregorian date for the Julian February 29?

I found out that the Julian leap day is on Thursday, March 13.



  I have the calendar and it's March 13!  what other date are you interested in?

Tomorrow is the authentic February 29 leap day!



Yes, at least it was used in this way before Gregorian Calendar in Christian countries. However someone told me tha Romans used to begin a date at noon, just don't know if its true.
