Title: What doesn't make sense about the voting results in CA

During the totaling of the votes in the precincts last night, apparently McCain was winning in all of the voting districts. 


There's no way that he would have won in Duncan Hunter's district.  Does anyone know if McCain actually won in Hunter's district?
