They're primates called tarsiers that are biologically somewhere between monkeys and prosimians.

You don't want to keep primates as pets. They'd make terrible pets. Besides, one of the biggest threats to tarsier survival is the pet trade.

If you go to the Phillipines though they have a park where you can pet them and feed them.

Yeah, plus I looked them up and they eat mainly insects, which I don't often have handy, but maybe one day I'll feed them in the Phillipeans. O0

100%  O0 taking wild creatures and making them pets is completely wrong.
