Susan Rice, his senior foreign policy advisor, is being interviewed by Tucker Carlson about the 3am red phone call ad that Hillary ran in Texas; the one about who was ready to answer that phone in an emergency situation.

Barack Hussein Obama's senior foreign policy advisor responds:
"He hasn't claimed that he's been in a position to have to answer the phone at three o'clock in the morning in a crisis situation..They are both not ready to have that 3am phone call"
