Title: Newest member of the "Wolf family" Calico
Post by: MasterWolf1 on March 23, 2008, 06:52:26 PM
Since Midnight died it left an empty hole in my heart which is now going to be patched up.  It can never replace her but this new kitten will help uplift that empty feeling the grey and white calico named Krystal and later upon the week the orange one Ginger they came from the same litter will be in my home

Krystal already is she is 5 months old

Great MW.  You moved swiftly.  Congrats and enjoy the new pets.  You can post them in the animal section.  Good luck. O0

Masterwolf. have you ever considered purchasing a dog. I like dogs better as they are more loyal to their owners than cats and they are far more willing and capable of protecting their owners. Don't get me wrong, I like cats and I think yours are cute but I still prefer dogs. I guess cats are easier to own as they dont require walks and stuff like that. Anyhow congratulations on your new pet.

I'm so sorry to hear about your cat. I know and understand completely just how painful it is to lose a cat. It can be as painful (if not more painful) to lose a pet as a family member. Many people who've never owned or lost a pet won't completely understand the pain we go through when we lose a beloved pet. But it's wonderful that you adopted a new kitten shortly afterwards. That definitely brings the life cycle full circle and gives you a feeling of inspiration and renewal.

If you have the heart for it, I strongly recommend this slideshow portraying the poem "Rainbow Bridge." It brings tears to my eyes every time I see it, but it's also very inspirational:

I'm so glad you will have new kittens. They are so adorable and will bring you so much joy.

This is one of my cats (who looks somewhat like the calico in the pic)

I haven't done the kitten training in almost 15 years so a lot of patience is needed.

Thanks. Photography is a hobby of mine.
I'll post some more of my pictures when I get the time.
This little girl cat is just as sweet as she looks in the picture. We have 7 cats in all. Some who stay inside and some who live outside. LOL
