Title: Schvartza sues City of Tempe for $500,000

To give you all a brief history, there was a show on public access TV for City of Tempe. There was a show called "Police Beat".  On an episode, a police officer pulled over 2 schvartzas for littering.  He let them off the hook if they did a rap about not littering. As you can imagine, Phoenix's version of Al Sharpton is all over this now and this officer is catching hell.  NOW... fast forward to this.......

Did you catch the lawyers name 'Howard Schwartz', he doesn't sound like he came from the 'hood'. The city will pay, this lawyer will stack the jury full of afrimative action nitwits, bring up a bunch of Jewish Sociologists, Psychologists and soothe sayers to testify about the emotional stress of the 'victim'  and the end result is the taxpaper gets the fickle finger of fate.
