I don't know. Maybe Shlomo put up something to block spamming.

Maybe ask Chaim.

I cannot send any pm's so how can I ask them. Can you try to find out how to remove that? I cant message anyone.

That's strange. Is anyone else having this problem? My email is working well, but I'm an admin.

I think it's only for non-admins who send more than 20 messages in an hour. I know  on the Hebrew forum, non-admins can't send more than one message in a minute or something like that.

I'm sure DWI has not sent 20 messages in the past hour. If he's getting that error message, something is wrong.

Ok, it seems the ban has worn off. I think it started working.
