Not A-rabs but either decendents of northern kingdom Israelites or peoples settled in Samaria  by Assirians. Do you know why they're called Kuthim in Talmud? Either way they're only 712 of them left.

You can check Kings II chapter 17. They are decendants of gentiles which the Assyrians placed in Israel after they had exiled the Israelites (Remaining Israelites probably also fused with them). One of the places from which they came is 'Kut' hence the name 'Kutim'.

Today there are very few of them left, in two communities- in Shchem and in the Israeli city of Chulon. They have Israeli citizenship as well as Palestinian citizenship. They are not Arabs, they observe a religion which mimics Judaism. They have their own version to the Torah.

However so few of them were left, the rest have assimilated into other nations.
