GM has this small car they produce in latin America that gets 40 miles per gallon but they aren't sure if they want to sell it in the US, this is the difference between Japanese companies and American companies.
The Japanese company would have had that car here as soon as gas went to $2.75 a gallon.
It looks like a nice small car and the price would be around $10,0000

How much does GM sell it for? It doesn't make sense why they don't want to sell it in the US.
