A woman that was born with all the proper female parts that G-d gave her in good working order, undergoes hormonal therapy to change her outward appearance to look like a fat bearded man, but keeps her original female reproductive parts. She gets 'married' to another woman. The he/she/shim/it/whatever gets artificially inseminated, and gives birth to a baby girl. Whether the child was born healthy or not, is not clear, and what kind of defects may come to the surface later in life, is also not clear because of all the foreign hormones swimming around in the mother's body that may have effected the child's in utero development. Just my speculation. But more than likely the child will grow up very confused about gender roles.
