Title: Security Team at Place of Worship or School

We started a formal security team at our church and I was elected to lead the effort. Is anyone currently or in the past been involved in providing security for a school or place of worship? I am in the process of writing a SOP for the team and would like to see if anyone else had one so I would not be starting from scratch.
