My guess is that Barack Hussein Obama will pick Joseph Biden.
-
I dont care... But I will throw out VP Al Sharpton...

-
Do we have any dirt on Biden that we can start talking about?
-
I'm pretty sure Biden was involved in an academic scandal. He was caught plagiarizing another student's paper or cheating on an exam during his college years.
-
I think he might pick H. Clinton.
-
If he wants to win Virginia, he will pick Tim Kaine. If he wants to win the election, he will choose Hillary Clinton.
-
Hitlery...because Obama wants to win.
-
He is going to choose Joe Biden, because of his foreign policy experience.
-
You can't rule out Hillary.
-
Hillary Clinton has been way to quiet. Either she is behind the scenes trying to derail Obama or the two have struck a deal.
-
I'm sticking to my initial pick Joe 'Blow' Biden!
-
Chaim, he will definitely pick Kaine, a used cars salesman and the white version of Obama
-
Nobody has listed Schmo Lieberman. It would be an obvious pic if he is trying to win Jews over, considering quite a few have a suspicion that he is an anti-Semite.
-
It will probably be Joe Biden.
When you get right down to it who do you want as your president
McCain (with lots of foreign policy experience, and will make decisions,if he is elected president) or;
Obama (with a vice president with lots of foreign policy experience, but ultimately Obama will have to make the final call if he is elected president.)
Personally I want McCain for president, somebody who has the experience to make tough decisions, not somebody who has the ear of a foreign policy expert.
One quick final note: They use to say the same thing about George Bush;
"oooooh, he's not smart, but he has smart people around him and that's all you need to be president!"
ah, no you have to be smart and experienced to be president, look at the presidency of a one term governor from Texas. You think that's bad, wait and see what a first term Senator form Illinois will be like as President. G-d forbid.
It will be the second coming of Jimmy Carter.

I like this reverend. I don't agree with him on everything, but he is great and courageous. O0

oh come on! Joe Lieberman? We're talking about Obama; not McCain...
-
Joe Biden will probably give the republicans the most problems and make it most difficult for mccain because Biden can speak well and is a smart man, and he will attack. Even with his flawed democrat views, there is some truth in what he says that is appealling and will appeal to a large scale not just far leftist loons like Obama appeals to.
I don't know anything about the other two, but he may opt for the Virginia vp in order to try to extend dem presence or dem support in red states that normally won't budge his way...
-

Yes, I meant Pruneface, and yes, I meant Obama.

That is if Obama wants to go all partisan and attack-dog. So far, that hasn't been his MO--he's been trying to utter only nice and beautiful platitudes all the time so that there is absolutely nothing "partisan" about what he does. The only reason he would really need a Biden would be if there is any doubt that he will carry the party faithful, of which none even remotely exists. Nobody here seems to be considering that he would try to select a "moderate"--and perhaps even a RINO Republican such as Arlen Sphincter--for more cross-aisle appeal.
-
It's Biden
a) Foreign Policy credentials (Obambi's weakness)
b) Roman Catholic (voter weakness here)
Obambi thinks his main perceived weakness is
foreign policy ....resulting in his trip to Europe
where he campaigned as king of the world.
-
Kaine because of the electoral votes that VA potentially brings.
If it happens to be Biden then there is a lot of dirt on him! He has plagiarized before:

and then there is this...

Why does nobody think Osama will pick Hoeseph "Pruneface" Lieberman?
-
Because lieberman is buddy-buddy with mccain. It would be like Mccain choosing obama's best friend to be his running mate.
-
It's silly to rule this out just because it defies conventional wisdom. Obama (or more accurately his numerous campaign handlers) knows the media will fall down and worship him (even more than they are now) if he picks that horrible genetic experiment Pruneface. They will gush and gush and gush about how "moderate" and pro-Jewish he is. I am sure Pruneface knows already if McCain is going to name him. If he knows it won't be him, he has nothing to lose by joining Osama's ticket. No self-hating swine wouldn't squeal with joy at the idea of being picked to be the flunkie of a black Nazi. Take my word for it that this could happen.
-
Why does nobody think Osama will pick Hoeseph "Pruneface" Lieberman?
He openly campaigns with McCain and is one of the possible VP selections for McCain.
McCain was/is considering this Jewish Man also:

-
He openly campaigns with McCain and is one of the possible VP selections for McCain.
Doesn't mean anything. By now Pruneface knows if McCain will pick him. If he hasn't picked him, he has no reason at all not to accept an invitation from Barack Osama. As a self-hating Jew he's practically obligated to. His religion is worshipping blacks.
-
http://cantor.house.gov/
Eric Kantor might not be bad, but he is much too little-known.
-
It's silly to rule this out just because it defies conventional wisdom.
That's not why I ruled him out.
-
But I explained away the friend-of-McCain theory too. If he knows that McCain will not pick him, he has no reason not to accept the offer from Obama. He ran against George W. Bush in 2000, who his friend McCain endorsed.
-
lieberman is considered a hawk. the democrats despise him for not toeing the party line... he also can't quite fit in with republicans but maybe a rhino like mccain...... why would obama make his vp someone who supported the war with iraq?
But not just that mccain and lieberman are friends. at the time of Bush, mccain was republican, so friend or not friends, he backed Bush. At this time, Lieberman is more of an independent because the dems hate him. He and mccain have been touring the country together along with mccain's other buddy lindsey graham. He has all but endorsed mccain. It's not as if Lieberman last time toured the country with Bush and then suddenly was Gore's VP. Mccain also ran AGAINST bush in the primary that election! Not that that matters since I refuted that point, but it adds to it....
-

Because Barack Hussein Mohammed Obama is crazy like a fox. He knows that his greatest weaknesses are his liberalism and his problem with Jewish voters. Pruneface, because he has a rep as an aisle-crossing, nonpartisan moderate (he even pretended to criticize Bill Clinton over his infidelity), and is a (self-hating kapo) Jew, takes care of both birds with one stone. Pruneface benefits too, because this would allow him to make peace with his party members who are upset with his "nonpartisan" tendencies for life. I am not saying there is a GREAT chance of this, but there's a better chance than anyone seems to think, of this happening.

And if Pruneface isn't picked by McCain, he will have nothing to lose. He might even feel stabbed-in-the-back and eager to join Obama in revenge. I don't think McCain will pick Pruneface because he's not a moron and knows that doing so would result in around 60% of Republicans sitting on their duffs, watching Homer Simpson, instead of voting for him. Since I don't see a great chance of McCain choosing the human raisin, he's not beholden to him whatsoever.

Lieberman is not crazy like a fox...and Obama isn't crazy like a fox because there are much worse people out there more crazy than Obama.

CF, you have been doing a lot of ranting against "self hating" and leftist Jews. I'm not saying that we shouldn't repremand and criticize Jews who might be destructive to the Jewish people, but it's another thing to get carried away with it with threads like the ones you have made up.
I don't think you are setting a good example to other Jews and nonJews by calling Lieberman "prune face" etc etc etc. This movement and forum will not go very far if a guest who isn't as far right wing inclined as us and who doesn't think Lieberman is so bad, comes here and sees these vitriolic curses. He'll think you're crazy and that this forum is nuts. Right now, we need to speak intelligently and give criticism where due. We need to site examples intelligently of why Lieberman has been destructive to Israel and the Jewish people and site quotes from his mouth. We also have to bear in mind that 99% of Jews do not carry the same ideology of this movement. That not every Jew will come close to agreeing to Kahanism. So be careful of how you curse every other Jew out who doesn't agree with us..it makes you look more anti-semetic given that you aren't Jewish saying all those things. While, I personally, might have in my sites that 99% of Jews disagree wtih each other, doesn't make it right for me to spit in their faces. I can disagree...I can think their opinions and ideas are wrong...but do you know what i do? I don't go making fun of them. I site reasonable sources to show what their opinions and actions are. And I explain what they are doing is wrong and destructive. This is what every teenager here and every adult here should be doing. Otherwise, this forum is nothing more than a site to let out steam and encourage hate hate hate. This is very unhealthy for the soul. And unhealthy for society.
So please, take care of what you post. Doing this is not encouraging reasonable intelligent debate.
-
I don't think that he'll pick Hill-Billy.
That could be bad for his health!
-
I didn't say any curses against Lieberman though.

I highly doubt that Barack Hussein Obama is going to choose a VP candidate that campaigned with his adversary. It's just not going to happen.

PS: "Pruneface" is a name Chaim himself came up with.
-
I didn't say any curses against Lieberman though.
but to call him pruneface..really unnecessary...You're better than that, CF. You write well..so you can still speak of him as senator lieberman and reasonably state why he's no good with evidence on actual quotes and actions.
-
PS: "Pruneface" is a name Chaim himself came up with.
once in awhile it's ok...but not everytime.
I mean Senator Schumer...i don't mind once in awhile, Shmuck Schumer...or Ehud Barak as Ehud Barakh or Bibi as pipi or Olmert as Smolmert...but really not all the time. Not good for the cause...and i feel differently than Chaim on this issue. Once in awhile when we are talking about an evil act they are doing, we can say those names.
-
and i feel differently than Chaim on this issue. Once in awhile when we are talking about an evil act they are doing, we can say those names.
Well I agree with Chaim on this issue. :P

That is why your name is Chaim Fan.

but remember that we are trying to build a mass movement with intelligent decent people and not war mongers..I would let Chaim do his thing...you can use your head and make great arguments also, but with using these names in very very rare instances...For example, if Olmert was doing an act of agreeing to giving Jerusalem...then you can say, "That Smolmert, idiot, is giving away Jerusalem." On the other hand, if Olmert is driving a toyota, you don't say, "Smolmert is driving a Toyota." Driving a Toyota is not an evil thing.
So with Lieberman: you shouldn't say "Prune face is against abortion."
You can say, Lieberman, that prune face, said the following: "I support giving Land for Peace."
-

What kind of fantasy world are you living in Lieberman supports McCain

This isn't the Bnei Brith forum. We are here to tell it like it is and be real. Schmo has not behaved in a manner worthy of respect and deference and neither has Olmert. If you want to call them by their names, go ahead. I am merely referring to them the same way that Chaim himself does, and btw I have drastically improved the language.
-
I think Lieberman is off the table
since he's already been given a speech at the convention
I don't think Mccain wants to alienate the base and throw the election
by picking Lieberman or anyone.that's pro-choice. (at least thats my hope)
-
It seems like Barack Hussein Obama and his campaign staff are withholding the name of B.H. Obama's running mate as long as possible. In large part to keep media and public attention on him.
When all is said and done, I think the most likely choice by Obama is Joe Biden.
-

CF...i'm doing you and this forum a favor...it's not bnei brith i'm talking about..I'm talking about getting this movement into the mainstream without people thinking we are nutjobs and extremists. We talk like extremists...we aren't though...

Then, if this is the way you see it, you should take this issue up with Chaim.

Apparently, "Obama-Bayh" bumper stickers are being produced. Time will tell if this has significance.

Chaim:
How do you know these things?
I felt that Obama and his campaign feared the issue of inexperience and thought that Biden would solve that problem for them.
BTW, despite the fact that I expected Obama to pick Biden, I think former Senator Sam Nunn of Georgia would have been a wiser choice. Nunn is extremely popular in Georgia and the Deep South, and he would have given Obama a chance to win several Southern states. Nunn was also a prominent Senator for many years, and so he could have helped with the experience issue. And Nunn would have helped even outside of the South because he really was not a leftwing Democrat.
Obama instead picked Biden, a leftwing Senator from a tiny leftwing Northeastern state, Delaware. I think the Biden selection was a foolish move, but I expected it because Obama, the news media and the national Democrats live in their own little elitist world. Fortunately, they do not understand middle America.
Now let's see if my other prediction from last week is correct: I also predicted that John McCain would pick Mitt Romney.
-
Chaim, why didn't you think Obama would pick Pruneface? It would have been a genius choice on his part, considering his problem with Jewish voters. Thank G-d he didn't pick Hoeseph.

Chaim predictions are very good. In most cases I have found Chaim to be way ahead of the issue. I often chuckle to myself when I remember hearing Chaim talk about something and then see it in the paper or on the news a few days later. Biden was the last person I would have ever suspected to get the nod because of his history with Obama yet Chaim saw through all the smoke and mirrors and called it dead on. I think Chaim is also calling the Romney nod correctly. I been seeing Huckabee on the Fox news quite a bit this past week so I tend to think he is not in the running for VP but may be in line for some position in the administration if G-d willing McCain wins in November.
