Title: Ask JTF for Sunday, September 21, 2008.

Everybody:

Please know that although Chaim would love to answer all of your questions, owing to time and space constraints he can only address one from each of you per week. Thank you for understanding this policy.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Shalom Chaim,

A couple of weeks ago, you said that millenia of anti-Semitic persecution is responsible for Jewish self-hatred, because it has made wimpy Jews desperate for acceptance from the Gentile nations. I disagree, for two reasons:

1: Historically, the great majority of Jews who have lived where the worst, most savage abuse and systematic brutality occurred--the ghettoes of Europe and Russia and the Muslim Nazi Middle East and North Africa--have been devout, pious Jews. Even in Europe during the Shoah, the vast majority of the 6.5 million Jews who were murdered were very faithful. In contrast, the majority of the worst self-haters have lived in places that are free of overt or official anti-Semitism--the United States, Israel, and Western Europe after WWII. While devout Jews were getting burned alive in Adolf Hitler (ys"vz)'s ovens, the fat, lazy, secular, self-hating Jews of America were begging fellow Jews not to "make a stink" about the Shoah to Roosevelt (ys"vz) because "it will make us look like whiny little Jews". Likewise, the likes of Pruneface and Arlen Sphincter (yimach schmam vezichram) don't have to fear too many pogroms.

2: The policies self-hating Jews promote (i.e. releasing violent criminals, gun confiscation, affirmative action and "civil rights" for blacks and other lowlifes, unlimited immigration, support for Muslim Nazis, etc.) are just as injurious to the Gentile nations they live in as they are to fellow Jews. In fact, self-hating Jewish positions are often extremely unpopular with average Gentiles, and the actions of this sick few often bring anti-Semitism down on all Jews.

I would say the sin of self-hatred comes from, in addition to deliberate pride and chutzpah, contentment and being spoiled. Comfortable, successful Jews (and Christians) tend to forget the Bible and Torah and lead lives purely based around their own pleasure and hedonism, leading them to abhor justice and all morality. I also think Satan (ys"vz) has specifically targeted Jews with the temptation of self-hatred because he knows they are the Chosen People (note--I know the Jewish view of Satan differs from my own).

G-d bless you. Chaimfan

Criminal elected politicians can change, ignore, or re-interpret a constitution in a democracy so I don't believe there should be a democracy. There is no need for democracy because most issues have only one morally right answer. Abortion, redistributing wealth, unrestricted third world immigration, government forced affirmative action, allowing the Iranians to make nuclear weapons, preventing oil exploration, having an evil judicial system with Black jurors who acquit Jew killers, etc are all products of this democratically elected government. No one should have a say in these issues. The Nazis also took power through democracy. Do you think a totalitarian government for America, a totalitarian Kahanist government for Israel, or military dictatorship would be better?

Shalom Chaim

Was there ever a time that you had sympathies or any sort of "open-mindedness" towards the left wing camp, considered peace with appeasement, or other liberal/socialist leaning opinions on redistribution of wealth, etc etc?  Or have you been always your whole life since a child staunchly right wing and conservative and never for a moment even considered a single argument from a left winger over a right winger?  Essentially, are there any views or have there even been any views that you agree or agreed with from the left, and disagree or disagreed with from the right?

Thank you

Dr. Dan

Dear Chaim,

The average Israeli probably naively thinks "we have peace with Egypt."   What do you think the average Egyptian on the street thinks?   Have there been any polls or statistics to shed light on this?   Thanks.

Shalom Chaim,

Last week one of my professors said the first country to recognize Israel as a state was the Soviet Union? He then mentioned how H. L. Mencken was right on just about every issue and questioning everything. Later I looked up this guy and found out he was a Jew-hater, Atheist and Bolshevik. Chaim, Why do college professors idolize Bolshevik figures nowadays?

G-d Bless you,

Dear Chaim,

Do you believe that G-d has infinite patience for His people?  With what is going on in Israel, with capitulations and concessions, and giving up all kinds of land and resources to the arabs who want to kill us, I worry that G-d will only be willing to tolerate these desecrations of His name so far.  Do you worry that at some point G-d will abandon us, as the Jewish leaders have abandoned him?  Or do you think that He would have mercy upon those Jews at least who are righteous?  Will the righteous suffer for the sins of the wicked?

Thanks as always,

Zachor_ve_kavod.

I watched Sarah Palin's speech to the Republican convention.  I was surprised that no one in the media noted that she was wearing an Israeli Flag lapel pin.  Did you notice that?

Dear Chaim:

Is it possible that Islam can be reformed or neutered in some way to render it harmless.  much in the same way the reformed (deformed) movement distorted Judaism into an almost completely different religion, shouldn't the united states/west  somehow promote a new brand of pseudo Islam which does not call for the annihilation of all infidels?  it seems like a much more realistic option than waging perpetual war.  I"m not talking about promoting the so called moderate Muslim nazis as our traitor leaders do but rather covertly creating and funding mosques which teach doctrines completely contradicting what the koran actually says.

Hi Chaim,

Any idea what the new president Zardari of Pakistan will do with Osama Bin Laden who is still hiding in the mountains between Pakistan and Afghanistan?

BTW; did you know that the "our ally in the war on terror", the Pakistanian army,  offered the Taliban a one-month truce during the ramadan...

Hello Chaim, does the concept of Jews being a light unto the nations extend to presently and historically evil people such as the arabs, blacks, germans, russians, etc? If a group of people are evil, what would it take for them to be considered changed? I am asking this because a Jew during the Crusades may easily have viewed the Christians as Amalek but now most Christians are not anti-Semitic. Is there a role for righteous gentiles in being a light unto evil gentile nations or do they share in the commandment to destroy them?

Hello Brother Chaim

The one thing I am still disappointed with all the candidates to be fair, that none of them are taking one issue that I do take seriously.  Our border issue.  Why none of them including the ones I am supporting still are not seriously tackling this issue?

What is your opinion on the "financial tsunami", and of the government's reaction to it, specifically, would you let AIG to default, and would you allow Chinese or Arab sovereign funds to take over the leftovers of great American financial institutions ?

was all of the British Mandate supposed to be the Jewish homeland with the Brits caving in to Arab demands or were they planning to give 80% of it to the Arabs right from the start?

Dear Chaim,

When Gulliani and Dinkins were running for mayor back in the late 80's there were reports that ballot boxes were stuffed in order to get Dinkins elected.  4 years later when Gulliani was running again against Dinkins, Gulliani demanded that the ballot boxes be checked for stuffed ballots and quite a number of boxes were found to have been stuffed.  I feel McCain is facing the same situation and that in this election there is going to be ballot stuffing in favor of Obama.  I also feel that McCain should demand that ballot boxes be checked for stuffing nationwide, especially in the swing states like Ohio and Florida.  Do you agree with me and if so how should McCain go about making this demand?  Thanks again.

God Bless America, Israel, and the West

  Shalom Chaim,

What do you anticipate happening in the upcoming Presidential and VP debates?     Both in terms of performance by the candidates and in terms of the process of what questions are asked?

A concern on this end is that the questions and process will favor the Democrat ticket,   based on the media bias towards Barack Hussein Obama we have seen repeatedly during the campaign.

   Thanks as always,   eb22.

Dear Chaim,

Would you please announce over the "Ask JTF" program that the complete text of Rabbi Kahane's classic book "They Must Go" is now available for on-line viewing on my new web site: www.jewish-e-library.net (that's dot-net)?  Both the Grosset & Dunlap hardcover edition and the later paperback edition contained many errors, owing I'm sure to the publisher's shoddy rendering of the Rabbi's manuscript.  I have corrected numerous typos and errors in punctuation and spelling, but I have made no attempt to insert missing words or phrases because I wanted neither to edit the Rabbi's work nor to change the layout of lines on each page.  I have tried to mimic the graphical format of the book in an attempt to provide the reader with a virtual copy of the printed work, as it is my eventual goal to create an actual library on-line.

Although I have reviewed the text carefully, if any members of the forum can spot differences between the on-line and printed versions, I would welcome the feedback.

Best regards,
Yisrael Ben Ya'akov

Dear Reb Chaim,

Why do news organisations call Arab terrorists, “militants” or “fighters” when it concerns Israel - but nearly all others it calls terrorists, correctly? When others, not Jews are murdered it suddenly become “terrorists” and sharper, more condemnatory language is used!

Thanks and keep up your great show and work!

Dear Chaim, should all non-Muslim nations including the United States, Great Britain, China, India, Australia, Germany, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Canada, France, Russia, Israel, Thailand the Philippines etc, expel all Muslims from their countries? I'm not sure if this is a realistic goal considering the large number of Muslims living in non-Muslim countries. For example, India has 150 million Muslims and Europe has 55 million Muslims. Muslims don't belong in civilized countries at all.

Achi Hayakar, Chaim!
I was wondering what your thoughts were on the murder of Daniel Pearl back in February of 2002? On the surface, I was very upset and disturbed by his brutal murder - I think that seeing a fellow Jew get decapitated like that will be remembered as one of the most gruesome and harrowing things I've ever seen.
That being said:
When I began to think about it, I wondered about the fate of Pearl and other "journalists" who seek to "dialogue" with Muslims in the Islamic world. Did Daniel Pearl "get what he deserved"? Was he an evil Jew who in seeking to engage in some discourse with Muslims (in their own territory, no less) met with an inevitable fate? I know he had a non Jewish "afro cuban" wife, and had ties to many evil, self hating journalists.
How, dear Chaim, should we reflect on his life, death and legacy? Is the fact that Christiane Amanpour (yemach shema) sits on the board of the "Daniel Pearl Foundation" any indication?
May Hashem continue to give you strength, Chaim.

Hello Dear Chaim, :)

On the G. Gordon Liddy interview, about a month ago, you were asked by G. Gordon- who is a total Gentile: "what's wrong with the thinking of these people?", while referring to the sick, demented types of Jews such as Barbara Streisand and Woody Allen (who endorse Barak Hussein Ossama of course, Yemach Shmam...).

Now I have to wonder.. Leftist Jews who desperately need to satisfy the Goyim, surrounded by Gentiles like G. Gordon who basically think these Jews are insane– how come it doesn't affect their way of thinking? How come it doesn't change their perspective about themselves? Are they only "touchy" to a particular type of Goyim,- the ones that would love to kill and exterminate them? What kind of a twisted standard is that?

Thank you very much as always and Shavu'a Tov,

Gam Bashan veGam Gil'ad. :-)
