IBD/TIPP poll was THE most accurate poll for last pres election, and and it has the race nearly tied.
TRUST me, the race will be super close... and EVERYONE has to get the word out to vote.
-
I have said this for months...the race will be incredibly close, and although McCain will win, Obama will pull an Algore and insist upon recounts. I suspect Ohio will be the new Florida.

Another electoral college - popular vote anomaly is possible.
Obama could rack up bigger majorities where he wins ...
and Mccain eeks out victories in battleground states
with a come-from behind electoral victory

good news briann. thanks i needed that. i am distraught again :'(

There is a good chance that many people in the battleground states will wake up from their stupor and vote for Mccain ......
Also early voting doesnt show a great surge of new voters so far ...

McCain 14 point lead with men
McCain 16 point lead rural voters
