Title: What do people here think of Ward Connerly?

I heard a speech of his at:  http://www.centermediaarchives.com/
He speaks about patriotism, hard work, personal responsibility, and how affirmative action has become reverse racism.  He seems like a decent, intelligent, righteous black man.  I think if there is hope for the black community, I think it will be black people like this, who want their people to pick themselves up.
