Title: Building another AR15, need suggestions on stripped lower, Shamgar?

Alright, I sold my Rockriver AR15 a while back and one of the things I didn't like about it (though it was accurate as hell) was the fact the barrel wasn't chromelined. I need recommendations on an AR15. No HESSE or cast receivers (you don't even want to know about the nightmares involved with casting technology). I need forged receiver, I'm looking at doublestar and maybe rockriver again but rockriver has gone up in prices. I also need suggestions for an upper.

Anyone here have experience with AR15's?

If anyone here is thinking about posting "Colt", don't even bother.

I have always liked RRA but I appreciate your preferences. I forwarded the question to my gunsmith who also is a machinist. I will let you know what he says.

He is making me an AR lower now in 45 ACP.
