JERUSALEM: Israel has expelled a United Nation's envoy on human rights, barring his entry into the country and send him back from the airport soon after his arrival, after he compared Jewish state to Nazi Germany.
Richard Falk, an American Jew and professor emeritus at Princeton University, was appointed by Geneva-based UN Human Rights Council as UN Special Rapporteur in the Palestinian territories in Marchto monitor the human rights situation for the next six years.
Falk was stopped at Ben-Gurion international airport after he landed on Sunday, at the recommendation of Israel's foreign ministry.
He spent the night in the airport and was put on a plane to the US on Monday, said Rupert Colville, a spokesman for the UN's Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
The Israeli foreign ministry had made it clear that it would not allow Falk to enter the country, after BBC quoted him as defending statements he made last year equating Israel's treatment of Palestinians with Nazi treatment of Jews during the Holocaust.
The American Professor told BBC that the Jewish state had been unfairly shielded from international criticism.
"Falk was not invited by Israel, nor did he coordinate the visit as UN regulations obligated him to do," said Simona Helprin, head of the Foreign Ministry's human rights department.
"It is indeed rare that Israel bars entry in this manner, but we cannot accept a situation in which an envoy arrives about whom it is known in advance that he will not carry out his role properly," Helprin said.

In 2004, Falk wrote a preface to David Ray Griffin's book The New Pearl Harbor: Disturbing Questions About the Bush Administration and 9/11 which presents evidence that the George W. Bush administration was complicit in the September 11 attacks.[14]
On February 16, 1979, two weeks after the Iranian revolution returned religious leader Ruhollah Khomeini to Iran, Falk wrote an op-ed for the New York Times entitled "Trusting Khomeini." He criticized President Jimmy Carter's accusations of "religious fanaticism" and media descriptions of Khomeini as being backward, antisemitic, and guilty of "theocratic fascism." Believing that Khomeini had been judged unfairly, he concluded "the depiction of [Khomeini] as fanatical, reactionary and the bearer of crude prejudices seems certainly and happily false ... To suppose that Ayatollah Khomeini is dissembling seems almost beyond belief. ... Having created a new model of popular revolution based, for the most part, on nonviolent tactics, Iran may yet provide us with a desperately-needed model of humane governance for a third-world country."[19] It was nine months after his editorial was published that student followers of Khomeini took 52 American diplomats hostage at the US Embassy in Iran and held them for 444 days.[9]

This guy Falk is nuts! How can anybody work for the Nazi UN Human rights council?
1. Human rights are a fabrication by men. They are a bolschewist invention and a weapon in the war of oppinions. Naturally there are only civil rights the citizen of a state have agreed on and eternal religious norms from the Bible.
2. This council is full of murderous bolschewists, Nazis and Quranimals.
3. This council didn't agree on their own madeup human rights. They only agree on blaiming the Jews for violating a concept they themselve have no unity and no clear picture on.

Anybody who voices a hatred of JTF gets made a moderator over there. I think every single registered member (all four of them) are "moderators". LOL.
