I have to confess, I've got a serious addiction to it. But there are more destructive addictions. It's good for cognition. I think they should teach it in schools. Do you play? Fancy a game?

I can play, technically. I know how to move the pieces. I also like recreating the moves of the chess masters by moving pieces on my board and seeing what they did in the game as much as I can understand it. However, I never had the time to learn how to play well. I was on a chess site once and someone got angry with me and told me to stop messing around and make a real move. Well I was doing the best I could, but I think unless I can get some practice and read up on techniques I would still be at a level 0.
I believe I could do moderately well at the game if I took time to really get into it though, but I've never taken that time.

We need to start the MAJOR FAIL Chess League. Then we could all be chess masters.

I used to play a lot when I was younger.
Have not played in years so I may be a bit rusty.
