Just about any Judaica shop should have Dreidels...

You should be able to pick one up at a local party store.  Around here we have Card and Party Outlet and Factory Card outlet and even Hallmark stores usually have them.  Various stores that carry holiday merchandise will usually have a dreidel as well as other Hanukkah supplies as long as you go to an area where there is a Jewish population.

I found a bookstore in midtown that sells Jewish stuff.
They said they had yermulkes, dreidels, menorah, everything.
62 w 45 st in nyc (manhattan)
