Oh yes they can. But only if you have the staying power and will power to do so.

Israel currently has neither.

But a ground invasion would be sheer idiocy.

Not a single Jewish soldier should be injured by going into Gaza.

Unless you're putting boots on the ground with the purpose of conquering Gaza and expelling every koranimal there, a ground invasion is senseless.

Mord, the problem is not a technical or logistical one. The problem is that the kikes running Israel are preventing the air force from finishing hamas off permanently. Mord, the IAF could permanently stop hamas's firing of rockets in about two minutes but the kike chazayrim would rather kiss up to congoleeza rice and check out her legs(the way ariel sharon did).

It's very hard to clear terrorists with just air power

go in by air first.

that is what I vaguely recall they didn't do in jenin.

the fact that many terrorists are being killed by air does show that the air operation is still very effective.

a ground force can do the finishing touches.. but it isn't at that stage yet.

I think that eventually there should be a ground offensive to retake Gaza and the West Bank. The goal should not be only to take down the terrorists, but to take back that land.
