I just noticed the first line where it says he was born in Hawaii.....he should have crossed it out and put the different hospitals that his siblings could not agree with and then put down where his grandmother said he was born and cross that all out too....that would be funny. Then it could say "I HAD MY RECORDS SEALED SO YOU ALL WILL NEVER KNOW" :::D written in red, of course.
