I think Israel should aid the Turkish Kurds  maybe some explosives mines anti tank  missiles etc

Do you know, what I read this morning in the German press?

There was written, that Peres called Erdogan by the telephone and said sorry for his speech. He is a very nice dhimmi if this is true.

HOWEVER, since Erdugan lashed out on Israel durin gthe latest Gaza fighting, many Israelis vowed not to visit Turkey any more.

I think you misplace Peres with Rabin who commanded the troops that bombed the Altalena.

I've always known that the Turks are not to be trusted. Jews are very forgetful. They should remember their persecultion in the Ottoman empire and how the Turks did everything they could to sabotage the cration of Israel.

I have a liberal Jewish friend who spent a year in Turkey. She refused to renew her contract because - surprise, surprise - her students were overwhelmingly antisemitic.
