Does anyone know where I can find an archived newspaper page? I am looking for a cartoon that was supposedly on page A20 of the Globe and Mail newspaper on June 14, 2003.
Maybe there is an online resource that I don't know about?
Thanks.

Did you try your local library? If you go there and ask they should be able to direct you, I believe they MIGHT have archives or know of someone who does.
I would try there, for sure.

There are cartoon sites where many editorial cartoonists' cartoons are available. Do you know who the cartoonist is?

Here's a description of the cartoon from a scholarly journal entry:
"The cartoon depicted an Arab man with stereotypical features gleefully receiving a belt of explosives from his young son."
I'm having an incredibly hard time finding this image. Finding articles isn't a problem as I have access to Lexis Nexis, but images are a whole different ball game.

One additional suggestion is to use the following search parameters on Google News' Archive section:
http://news.google.com/archivesearch?q=2003&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en

Also, you can check the following link:

His name is Brian Gable, the editorial cartoonist for the Globe and Mail...

Actually, the cartoon I posted was from 2001 so it's not the one you're looking for. It's funny, though!

There's a book that you can buy. It's called "Gable: The Editorial Cartoons of Brian Gable". Maybe this book would contain the cartoon you're looking for.
