5. Repeal “Don’t Ask-Don’t Tell” policies in the military
6. Expand adoption rights for same sex-same couples
7. Expand human embryonic stem cell research, which destroys human embryos
8. Opposition to any attempt to overturn Roe v. Wade
9. Increased funding for birth control and abortions
10. Forced Unionization
11. Hush Rush Bill (Fairness Doctrine!)

Closing Gitmo, releasing terrorists, and not taking the war on terrorism (inclusive of radical Islam) seriously.
Only concentrating on his so-called legacy of being the first black president.
