Actually I don't know about the conspiracy aspect of the Paraguay thing, but I think the point is that they are preparing for predictions of global water shortages. They will have control of a valuable commodity if this is the case.

I am new to this forum and group. I am a Zionist however I do not highly hate Arabs like you guys, which doesn't bother me because I strongly dislike them. I believe that Israel is the Promised Land for Judaism, and Jews will live in their HomeLand forever. But peace is needed, because of the loss of lives due to terrorism.
