The U.S. President has just sent a letter "very sympathetic" to Jacques Chirac, in the words of the latter. "I am confident that we can over the next four years working together in a spirit of peace and friendship to build a safer world," writes George W. Bush's successor to Nicolas Sarkozy's predecessor. In mentioning the word "peace," Obama makes implicit tribute to the action of the former French President who opposed the war in Iraq. A U.S. intervention which the future U.S. President had opposed as a Senator [sic], in a vote in Congress [sic].

The actual President of France, Nicolas Sarkozy, who has been trying for months to get a sit-down with President Obama is not amused.
Le Figaro reports (Warning: French) that Obama sent the former leader of France a "very nice" letter, which included this idiotic comment:
"I am certain that we will be able to work together, in the coming four years, in a spirit of peace and friendship to build a safer world."
That sound you hear is me banging my head on the desk because I just don't know what to say. I mean, WHAT THE F**K?!?!
Is this snub revenge for Sarkozy calling Obama's foreign policy "utterly immature" during the campaign?

My friend emailed this story to me about a week ago.
Like you, I immediately thought, "Could Obama be any more moronic?".
Later on the same day, my friend sent me another email, and she said that she checked it out and it turned out to be a hoax or prank.
So, I deleted it and didn't give it another thought. Now, I am not sure if is or not.
I will email her again and see what she had found out.
Either way Obama is still a MORON.

It's got to be a hoax because Obama doesn't just send a letter straight to foreign leaders, it would have been proofread and error checked at the very least.

Maybe the Obamunists are secretly trying to undermine Sarkozy? Remember that the Clinton machine helped Ehud Baraks campaign in Israel and insured a victory for Labor in Israel. Perhaps Obama has plans to make the whole world like America with the former Clinton team? When other world leaders criticize Obama, they can help the opposition buy an election in France, Bulgaria or Australia.

They had a good article from World Net Daily about it too. I'm sure there were tons of worse things we don't know about. Was your paper for a university? I can't imagine sitting in front of the senior thesis panel with that subject and hope they pass me.
The funny thing is too that MCCain's team was able to weed out the prepaid credit cards but Obama's team, for all its technical knowledge and youtube and myspace campaigns, couldn't figure out (or didn't want to) how to block greendot and these other prepaid cards.
