Title: I am a kept woman....or a kept man, depending on your gender...

You see, there were a few times when I thought I
would lose my mind, But G-d kept me sane.
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose
mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Isaiah 26:3

There were times when I thought I could go no longer,
But the LORD kept me moving.
And behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places
whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land;
for I will not leave thee, until I have done that
which I have spoken to thee of. Genesis 28:15

At times, I've wanted to lash out at those whom I
felt had done me wrong, But the LORD kept my mouth shut.
He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life:
but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.
Proverbs 13:3

Sometimes, I think the money just isn't enough,
But G-d has helped me to keep the lights on,
the water on, the car paid, the house paid, etc..,

I'm blessed to be 'kept.

Yes, I can see where this could say "I am a kept man" and just change the title...

It would apply to the men, too..
