I use mostly Barack Hussein Obama. This says it all.

But sometimes I like to use some of the other expressions like TLLMD.

Barack Hussein Obama is what I usually call him.   When a point of emphasis is needed,   sometimes I use his full name : Barack Hussein Mohammed Obama Jr.       He's certainly not my President!

I often call him "Sadam Hussein Obama" and I also recently used "Sheik (whatever) Obama".

Actually if you want to call Barack Hussein Obongo, just play the mosque's evening call to prayer and he'll come running!
