The Catholic Bishops have every right to be upset about Obama's invite to Notre Dame.
First of all, his beliefs about abortion and gay rights do not coincide with Catholic beliefs.
Obama could care less about Catholic beliefs and/or values; this is just another award that puts another notch in his ego belt, so later on, when he writes his third autobiography he has more of his "great" accomplishments to include to his history.
If Obama had any respect at all, he would decline the offer from Notre Dame; but, we all know his ego would never allow that.

"Notre Dame" university is not catholic but neo-marxist like the rest of them. I wish bishops (not only R. catholic) woud be as vocal before the elections; he's stance on abortion and homo rights was public knowledge.
