Manning isn't going to give you info because he made it up as he makes up most things. He is really trying to create a cheap metaphor about corporate control of the media, however, he seems to not be able to do that like a normal person. Instead he is just trying to hype people up with his over-the-top antics.

But keep waiting, because its never going to come.
