Title: D.C.'s Marion Barry arrested again

Why do people vote for trash like this? Why is he allowed to still sit on the city counsel despite all his crimes? Why did people put a piece of trash like this in the white house?

I think Marion Barry represents his constituency well... he is an extension of who the D.C. people really are!
