Think of the intrepidity and faith in Yoshki of these fake "geirim" who spend years of studying Torah and mitzva observance, and then managing to bamboozle their Orthodox hosts that they're sincere prospective proselytes, and then succeeding to trick the Dayanim (who are usually pretty sharp) of a Beth Din, and undergoing painful circumcision, just to infiltrate the kehilla!

During a meeting with Sefaradi Chief Rabbi Shlomo Amar Shlita, HaRav HaGaon Sholom Dov Lifshitz Shlita presented the rav with a detailed list of 60 missionaries who underwent giyur in Eretz Yisrael and are today active in their missionary work.
The rav explained to the chief rabbi, who is the GAVAD of the Supreme Rabbinical Court and oversees all giyur, explained Yad L'Achim has documented the 60, which includes people undergoing giyur and those who are already certified as Jews.
The list presented to HaGaon Rav Amar Shlita includes the identity numbers and addresses of the 60, explaining during the giyur process they hid their true belief in the New Testament, and today, are infiltrated in frum area, their children attending frum schools, and thereby posing a serious risk to the community. The dayanim were unaware the group remained faithful to `that man" and continue to promote their belief whenever given the opportunity.
Rav Amar explained the process and the questions put to the candidates, but Rav Lifshitz added that the believers in "that man" cannot deny certain inherent beliefs and therefore, one only need to know how to phrase the question — in a way that they will not deny their belief.
Rav Amar expressed his shock over the report, thanking Rav Lifshitz for the details pertaining to the missionaries.

Wow. That's insane.

This is a sickening example of why missionaries must be kept out of Israel and Jewish education must be taught to all Israeli children. The only thing which will keep a Jew jewish is when he or she learns our history, and our halachas, and our faith. Missionaries are very capable of tricking the less knowledgeable jews into accepting this messiah of theirs.

For an adult Xtian to undergo circumcision just to pretend with subterfuge that he's a Jew and then go in to "deep cover" in the Haredi community, shows great "mesirus nefesh" and just shows the strength of their belief!
As the Lubavitcher Rebbe said: zey gleiben in sheker mit'n emes - mir gleiben in emes mit'n sheker - "they believe in lies, but with a true belief - we believe in the truth, but with a false belief!".
