I never thought of Arabs as technically White, but OK.

The Afrikaaner term "kaffir" derives from the Arabic "kufr", which means both heathen and slave. I've been told by an Afrikaaner friend that "kaffir" is worse than our N word because it is a triple insult (kneegrow, slave and heathen!)

I witnessed a full out race war between Blacks and Hispanics at a High School that I worked at. It was on the national news and everything. Quite scary.

I don't believe that it's G-d's will for people to commit sins. However G-d can turn those sins around for a good purpose after the fact. For example, it's evil and horrible that so many black mothers abort their babies. G-d can't want an innocent baby to die like that, to be murdered in cold blood. The mother, the abortion doctor, and all others who are responsible for this sin will be called to account for it on judgment day. However the crime rate does go down somewhat, and it may save someone else from being murdered, raped, robbed, etc. later, but I don't know if that's really a silver lining when you consider a horrible crime has already been committed.
Can't remember her name right now, but that lady who survived an abortion and does speeches now would never have had that kind of career speaking out for the rights of babies to live if she hadn't gone through what she went through. She may have grown up pro abortion even. It was evil and horrible what happened to her and it was in no way justified. However maybe she saved more baby's lives.
I still don't think we should pray for people to sin, even if God can make the best of a bad situation.

Orthodox Rabbis give heterim for a reason. Without that heter, it's pretty bad. Mumann, what does R' Moshe about that?

Rubystars, G-d gives people every chance to repent, but when they exhaust His longsuffering, then anything goes and they deserve everything that they get for their vile sin. Was it murder when G-d ordered Joshua to utterly wipe out the proto-Arab Nazi Amorites in Deuteronomy 3?
Also, do recall that when an evil person has crossed a certain level of depravity, He sometimes locks their heart into that state so that from that point on they have no free will and cannot turn from evil even theoretically, so that they heap up more judgment on themselves. That is what G-d did to Pharaoh.
Why could G-d not arouse up great animalistic hatred between two factions of Amalek?

I was thinking more on the individual level than on the group level. During the LA riots, there were blacks that were part of the bongo party and there were blacks who decided not to cause mayhem. On the bright side, many whites finally were able to see the truly sick nature of "Black culture" even if they had been brainwashed to worship blacks. I think a lot of my fellow Houstonians had a similar epiphany when the Katrina e-black-uees flooded our city.
On the other hand, it's not good that any of those individual blacks sinned, because they will be punished by God for stealing the tvs, etc. and for hurting people.
I don't know if God will turn one evil culture against another evil culture though. I think the Arabs see blacks as useful for their purposes right now.

Yes, but I suspect that if large numbers of them were living with them that would all change.
