What are you having trouble doing? Just drag the audio files into the audio space and put the slides in the video space.

I want to talk over the slides with a microphone. In other words I would like to preview the slides and record audio over them as I am previewing them.

Is it possible to record yourself talking and then set up the slides based on what you were saying?
