Title: Does your state give out free HIV medicine?

Here in Washington State, Anybody infected with HIV can get free HIV supressants. That means this money comes out of my pocket in sales tax and taxes from my work check. Quick not here, Washington has an 10.00% tax and the third highest sales tax in the nation, 8.8%. For each person(Mainly homosexual men) it is $1500 dollars a day, $45,000 dollars per month and $16 425 000. A year. So is there any insane policies like this in your state? Just curious.

I've read that Australian Prime Minister John Howard wants to barr HIV positive immigrants from entering that country.  I say more power to him.  That country doesn't the strain on its public resources.

Are you sure it is that expensive to treat someone for HIV? While its expensive there is no way it costs that much

As much as that sounds like the most elementary example of common sense, there's always some jerkoff who will claim that such a demand is intolerant.
