I doubt they will ever target a black for this. Hawaii is WAY too PC for that.

They could grade the level of malodor. Blacks would receive an affirmative action credit allowing them to achieve higher levels of stench than their white and asian counterparts before being fined. :::D

I agree with Rubystars. Hawaii is a leftist hellhole and they will never go after the real guilty parties--it's just another government shakedown to get more money for the broke state.
