Title: Any suggestion for good Charities?
Post by: muman613 on September 10, 2009, 12:12:57 AM
Shalom,

It is this week which I finally decide on which charities I will give my dollar to.

I have a short list of charities I normally give to.

I have recently been solicited by a charity called Afikim which feeds hungry children in Israel. I haven't given to them before and I was wondering if anyone had given to them in the past.

My short list currently is:

Aish.com [ http://www.aish.com ]
My local Chabad
Chabad National Telethon {this coming Sunday, September 13th} [ http://tolife.com (http://tolife.com) ]
Ezras Torah [ http://www.ezrastorah.org/ ]
