When people in Serbia write, do they usually use the Latin characters or the Cyrillic characters?

Cyrillic is our traditional alphabet, and I always use it. But, majority of people write with Latin characters because they think Cyrillic is "backward" and outdated. That's just one of many ways in which we are losing our national identity.
