(IsraelNN.com) Violent pro-Arab riots were met by mounted police and pepper spray in Australia as an Israeli delegation met with Australian leaders in Melbourne.

Australian Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard ignored the demonstrations and called for strengthening ties with Israel, making no mention of the chaos outside the hall.
