Let me start with the mandatory disclaimer about not taking political polls too seriously, especially this far out from the Congressional election.  Still, I tend to take a moment each day to blow past the online results from the Rasmussen daily tracking poll.  It's been trending slowly downward since Obambi arrived in office.  Of course, when you start with that kind of sky-high expectations, some drop is expected.  Lastly, it's my understanding that pollsters generally avoid weekends, on the grounds that results are not as reliable as weekdays, for whatever reason, so maybe this is just a silly artifact.

With the disclaimers noted, note this sharp move downward reported today.  May our merciful God grant.
