Isn't it quite revolting  the way the roasted pig head is displayed on a plate at the dining table ?

The revolting part for me was as he used his medicinal instruments to prepare the pork. This was strange.  :::D

I saw this on TV. It's a shame what Israel is coming to. To think the guy was a cardiologist. I'm hoping he didn't kill any Jews in the process.

A cardiologist should know better than to author a book that promotes the benefits of eating pork.  I wouldn't take him seriously if he were my physician.

WoW.... That was some cooking video... :::D  I think the guy is a little crazy it looks like he is still in the operating room. I have to say however that the pig looked like it was done to perfection :::D :::D. He should move to America and open up a barbecue  shack.  :o

He's doing it for the publicity. As a cardiologist he would know that the consumption of pork requires thousands of enzymes to detoxify the flesh before the stomach can digest it.
