Gang bangers. They are all in a gang or associates, meaning they are not really IN a gang, but want to be and are trying to act tough. They most likely have friends who are actually IN a gang. The only reason I know this is because I worked at a shelter for teenagers that were removed from their homes.....also, took a public safety class about it.
