I stumbled across the video and it was filmed in West Palm Beach, Florida. Unfortunately it's real and if you type in "dem damn dogs" on youtube, plenty more videos will show up. West Palm Beach is a mess and full of criminals, a lot of these guys are just walking around with guns in hand and assaulting locals to cause trouble. More reason why we need people to protect themselves against these racist gangs, the police sure aren't doing anything.

Those people in that video are apes and savages. Plus since obongo is in the office he will turn a blind eye to them
